Q: Why Google assistant keeps saying "sorry, i don't understand" when asking Chefling services on Google Home?

A: We are aware of this issue and currently communicating with Google Home team to help us solve it. Actually, there is something wrong with Google’s biasing system, and the result is that some Home devices cannot recognize some brand names which are not in the dictionary, such as Chefling or Artsy, etc. We're really sorry but this is out of our control now. It could be fixed soon according to Google Home team.

Q: How to change the categories of an item in Pantry?

A: For iOS version, you can tap an item in the Pantry and the option will show up. Android version current do not support this function, and it will be supported in the coming update.

Q: How to delete items in my Pantry/Shopping list?

A: You can simply swipe an item toward left and you will see the option.

Q: How to import my own recipes?

A: For iOS version, you can tap the "+" button on the top right corner of Cookbook and the option will show up. Android version current do not support this function, and it will be supported in the coming update.

Q: How to change the expiration date of an item?

A: For iOS version, you can tap an item in the Pantry and choose "Shelf life". Android version current do not support this function, and it will be supported in the coming update.
